Derfflinger-class battlecruiser of the German Imperial Navy. Laid down on May 15 1912, launched on November 29 1913, commissioned on August 1915. LÜTZOW First saw action on April 24/25 1916 during the bombardment of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. Scuttled on June 1 1916 after sustaining heavy damage in the Battle of Jutland. Product developed jointly by Takom and Snowman Model.
